A huge thanks to the wife for talking with Ted's Montana Grill about seating for this evening's reservations. We prefer places that have excellent lighting, in which people can see each other. Most sit down restaurants are too dimly lite for lip-reading or ASL. It made the meal even more enjoyable.
Another reason we chose Ted's, was that it was something different from Outback, LongHorn Steakhouse, Logan's and Texas Roadhouse. Being that our visitors were from Texas, we had to try something different from the normal chains, and after reading the positive reviews, we decided to try Ted's Montana Grill.
Our guests were pleased with every aspect of the restaurant, from our server Ryan B's phenomenal attentiveness, and to the restaurant's decor.
At the end of the evening, we all agreed that the food was delicious, the atmosphere delightful, and we could not have asked for better service. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience in Lexington. -

Sat at the bar. Zack the bartender was a very good mixologist recommending & serving great drinks. Started with nachos with bison very good. Had the Teds bison filet. Cooked perfectly tender and delicious. Wife had salmon which was fresh and cooked rare as ordered. Cant go wrong with the cc cookies and ice cream at the end. Very good food, service and priced well also. Thanks

Delicious bison burger and nice presentation.
Staff very friendly, too. Dessert menu looked yummy but I was too full for dessert. -

This was our second trip to this location and service was pretty consistent. Seemed to not be quite as busy this time around.
We started out with the homemade chips with ranch onion dip, the dip was eh but the chips were great.
My daughter ordered a bowl of tomato soup with a grilled cheese, which also came with an order of fries. The tomato soup had a great flavor. The fries were just ok and the grilled was best dipped in the soup.
I ordered the Bison Filet cooked medium with Parmesan broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. OMG, my steak was absolutely amazing. It was so tender and would melt in your mouth mmm mmm good!!!
The wry first visit here about a couple years ago I had a Bison burger and it was also delicious.
Definitely a place to get a great steak. -

We tried out the bar for some drinks and an appetizer before our movie since they're so close to each other. The physical bar was very comfy.... not something I normally consider but it was so nice. The depth of the bar top was very large- large enough actually that they offered a newspaper that you could easily negotiate with all of the space, not
only in the counter, but also between barstools. We didn't try any cocktails but the drink selection was good. The Hubs enjoyed the bison nachos but I most enjoyed the pickles that they bring out; so crisp and fresh.
